The Wythe County Public Schools Foundation for Excellence, Inc. is holding a Glow Run 5K on August 22. This race is the same course as our Sprint for Scholarships race, so runners can compare times from race to race. And the best part: WCC is partnering with the Foundation for Excellence to create the Endurance for Education race series to support K-12 and higher education in our community. This is a 3-race series that includes the Glow Run on Aug. 22, the Sandman 1/2 marathon in January 2016, and the Sprint for Scholarships on April 2, 2016. Runners who complete all 3 races will earn a very special Endurance for Education Race Series t-shirt in April!
We encourage you to bring all of your glow in the dark clothes and accessories - get creative! This will be a fun event for the whole family!

You can be a "Helping Hand"! Helping Hands help raise funds, but don't actually participate in the 5K, and are guaranteed a race shirt by pre-registering by Friday, August 14th. Contact us if you'd like to be a volunteer at our event.
